Hi
I am new to X Theme & X Theme Pro and so for the install etc has been VERY smooth. I do have one question though…The reason I purchased X Theme was based primarily on the demo content, however, I have just purchased and installed X Pro and I can’t find the demo content anywhere.
Please tell me I am missing something…I do hope that it is available in X Pro and not only X

Thanks for writing in! Our “Standard” and “Expanded” demo content is only available to users of X as that content is built specifically for those users utilizing our Content Builder along with our Theme Options based header and footer options. When upgrading to Pro, these demos are not available for use but you will now have access to our “Design Cloud,” which is only available to Pro customers. You can learn more about the Design Cloud and the resources available here:
Remember that X is built to be a simpler option for users to get things setup and running while Pro is built for users who desire to have more customizability over every facet of their design. Because of this, Pro’s Design Cloud features numerous starting points from headers and footers to presets and content that will allow you to mix and match and customize more readily as you like.

Most hosting company do have full backups. Try to contact your host and check if they have backup from when you haven’t updated yet. Otherwise you need to use design cloud to build your pages.
