X Pro - [CS] Error

Good Day,

We are using X Pro on a subdomain, X Pro will be used for the new site.

There is however an error we are getting, we have deleted Cornerstone as it is not needed by X Pro?

On the builder end we are making a construction page, when this page loads content is not pulling through.

Could you point me in the right direction to solve this issue please?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Pro does not require Cornerstone plugin, so that you need to delete it first.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

There’s a known bug in Under Construction. It was already added on our issue tracker. We will let you know once we have an update. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has cause you. Thank you for understanding.
