X/PRO conflict with ToolSet CRED plugin

Hi,

Any updates on this issue please? we’ve been waiting so long. Toolset is very important for us and this is preventing us from using it. Any chance you’ll solve this issue?

I now get this message when CRED is activated:

"The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing"

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

We have more licenses than appear on this account’s profile and this is a huge problem for us. We’ve actually begun migrating our sites off of Pro and X because of how stuff like this is being handled.

Never had a problem before the last major update, now plugin conflicts abound and all we’re told is “go ask the other dev”. Not even an attempt at pointing us in the right direction to find a resolution.

I am extremely sorry for the confusion and please accept my personal apologies.

I just had a look at the tickets you created in past also the issue tracker that my colleague created. Please understand we have developed X and Pro using guidelines laid out by the WordPress community so that our products becomes a frameworks and growing number of WordPress plugins are automatically compatible. That being said we don’t have much information on how Toolset Cred plugin works and it becomes difficult for us to test compatibility issues that arises because of plugin that does a niche work and is not very popular in broader WordPress community.

However, I did a Google search and I came across a ticket that was recently created. It seems that the support team at onthegosystems.com the company behind ToolSet Cred Plugin want’s to test this out because it’s a plugin problem. Here is the link to the ticket:

My suggestion would be to please have a word with Toolset Cred team and provide your website admin and FTP details.
