X Pro - Accordion Header Icon Not Showing Up

Good Day,

I am trying to edit the Accordion Header, but the icon is not displaying for some reason.

I have tried to clear the cache, there is no Custom CSS either.

Can not see the icon class on Developer Tools either.

Any help would be appreciated, I have read the KB & searched Apex but to no avail.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your referenced site, and I see that your accordion icons are rendering properly.

Could you please check your page in Chrome’s incognito mode or private browsing window and see if you’re experiencing a caching issues.

If you’re referring to a different section, please provide us with the URL to your example page to check your issue.

Very weird, it is now working. It must have been a caching problem?

@mldarshana it seems it does not show up on the backend of X Pro. Is this normal?

Hey @RSI-DEV,

Did you try clearing the Style Cache in Pro > Settings? If so, please give us WordPress Admin access so we could check the issue.

I am also trying to replicate the following:

I have tried to use Google Developer Tools to isolate the code but I can not get the container to line up with Accordion (will style after this can be lined up.

Any insight too this? I have tried to take from the .build-features code but the container does not line up? Any help would be appreciated, thank you. :slight_smile:

Hi There,

  • I’ve enabled the Container Inner option of row:

  • Switched to the 2 columns layout:

  • Removed the bottom padding of section:

  • Also removed the margins of text element:

Everything looks good now:

Just checking as well about the question I poised to @christian_y it becomes hard to edit when the backend editor of Pro does not reflect 100%?

I have tried to empty my Cache and also the Style Cache, but the Pro Editor still acts funny. Would you know of any solution to this?

Hi There @RSI-DEV

Thanks for raising your voice. I have tested accordion icons issue on my end and I see that the icons are not visible in the pro builder editing mode, even with the caching disabled. So I have added this to our issue tracker, so that our developers can review it further.
