When I install xtheme the x options on the left do not show. Tried different browsers and numerous installs but no success. Pro theme works good when installed. I’m just about to try different hosting.
X Options aren’t showing for me either. I installed the theme and activated everything and I literally can’t do anything. Clicking Get Design Cloud does nothing. There’s no submenu under > X. Is the latest version completely broken? I don’t understand. I’ve worked with many themes and this one has completely boggled my mind at how difficult is to do anything.
OMG… It’s because Cornerstone wasn’t installed. The non-Pro version requires Cornerstone. And there’s a tiny message at the top of the page is really hard to see among all the other stuff going on that tells you to install Cornerstone. That message needs to be MUCH bigger as it is required to do anything. I can’t believe how much time I just wasted because I didn’t notice that message!

@flatpacked, please check if you’ve installed Cornerstone too.
