Hello, I have an X license that has been assigned to my website scwfit.com for years. I have a shop within the same website (scwfit.com/store) that has a separate WordPress install for organizational purposes. Until today, my license for scwfit.com worked properly in both places, but now it looks like it has been revoked on scwfit.com/store, and it’s telling me the license is already used in another site. Since the domain is scwfit.com for both, and the license is correctly assigned to scwfit.com, I am not sure what to do. Is there a way to get it working properly in both places again? Thanks

I can help clarify on this issue. Regretfully, we won’t be able to validate multiple WordPress installations with the same license code moving forward - even if they are on the same domain. It can be inferred from the ThemeForest Regular license that one purchase code can be used for multiple installations that are part of one site, but our validation system doesn’t have a way to determine the purpose of each install. For example, we can’t automatically know that /store isn’t an entirely different site.
Your sites are still properly licensed, but regretfully this particular use case can’t be supported by our validation system. I will add a secure note with a bit more info to share with you directly.
