Before in X theme JS was in
X > Launch > Theme Options > JS
Now in PRO, where it is ?
To respond to myself after losing some time to find it:
In theme Pro the Theme Options are not the same and Cornerstone is not Cornerstone anymore, the Builder is not to be confused with Cornerstone (even if they are the same sourcecode).
So the global javascript is in Customize part under Themes…

That is right. Basically for Pro the JS panel is still in the same location as it is in X.
That is in Pro > Theme Options > JS. You can also see this option in individual pages built in Pro Builder.
