X is not launching, no matter the method I use.

Hi There,

I hovered X on your Wordpress top admin bar > Launch > Content and it worked perfectly.

Are you still facing issues? Could you try a different browser also let us know which browser ande vice you are using while facing issues.

Hi. It turned out that it did work when I switched browsers. On a Mac, it was not working in Safari, but did in Chrome.

We will investigate the case regarding the Safari browser, I tested this with my local installation and it worked with Safari. At the moment please kindly use a browser other than Safari Also I suggest that you update the Cornerstone plugin to version 2.0.6. To do that please kindly go to X > Overview:
