X-Icon-Stack Breadcrumbs Issue (Double Home Link)

How can I get rid of the BLOG string located in the breadcrumbs when viewing posts or categories.

Example: [HOME] > [BLOG] > CASES

I cannot find an option within theme options for the the Icon theme. I do not have this issue on the Integrity stack. I wish to remove this section or rename it atleast.

It seems that the Static Posts Page is not set from the Settings > Reading. Please find the screenshot describing the option.
