X-Email Forms not Sending Form Submission to Mail Chimp

Hello,

After looking online I can not find a solution to my problem. I am trying to use the e-mail form to subscribe to a Mailchimp list.
So far I have:

• Successfully gotten the API working where the lists are showing up
  -Designed and Implemented the Form on my Site
  -Selected the “Opt-In” setting on the Forms setting pages

Everything works great EXCEPT it is not sending the contact to Mail Chimp.

Thanks for reaching out.
We need to investigate the settings for Email Form and the Mailchimp. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Exact Page URL where you are having this issue
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I think I found out the problem. It is has a double opt-in for some reason. I checked on Mail Chimp’s end and it is set to single opt in. So I am not sure whats going on.

It is still not working correctly. I have asked others and they do not receive the email. And it was double opt-in when there are no settings set for that. Can you help fix that?

Hey @CAEkblad,

Please try enabling the Skip Double Opt-in option. Edit your form settings.
