X edior not working properly

Hi there
I been working on a specific page and now the editor doenst save changes anymore, nor does it show element content in the editor. seems to be only on this specific page.

I checked your website Dashboard. When I tried to edit your page, there is a JS error on the console.

Can you please contact your hosting providing and ask them to temporarily disable your ModSecurity? You may need to whitelist Cornerstone-endpoint as well.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme Issue
3. CSS/JS Customization
4. Disabling Cache
5. Version compatibility

If none of those work for you, I would suggest you to copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site and give us access as you did for your live site.

Hi there, I have been in contact with the host and we disabled the security. However the problem still persists. I am stuck with my work and would be thankful if you could look into this issue further.

It seems that the Cornerstone endpoint is not whitelisted yet, I would suggest you to ask your hosting provider to whitelist it. And also suggest you troubleshoot the common issues as suggested by my colleague. Especially the Plugin Conflict issue.

If that does not help you, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And please give us access to your staging site in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

This is a plugin conflict because when I tried to disable all the plugins except the cornerstone plugin then I can now save the content. Please disable all the plugins and activate it one by one so that you can find the culprit.
