X does not allow me to install ConvertPlus

Good morning,

I have decided to use the ‘convert plus’ plug but having an issue. If I go to the Validation section and click the ‘install’ button it comes up with ‘Error: Destination folder already exists.’ However it is not displayed the in the plugin area?

Please advise…

Thanks for writing in.

In this case, usually to fix error something like this. You need to locate the plugin using FTP then remove the folder of ConvertPlus

After removing it, download again your ConvertPlus in your Validation Section.
