My website’s Customizer is not working it is all blank.

The customizer is part of WordPress rather than the theme itself, so we need to first understand whether your problem is caused by the theme or not. Please follow the steps outlined in the article here to determine whether this is the case.
If your tests confirm that the problem is specific to our theme, then check the version compatibility article here and make sure that you are running the latest version of X and Cornerstone, and that you are using the supported versions of WordPress and any other plugins, per the version compatibility article.
Then if you’re running on supported versions, please proceed to test the other items on the aforementioned common issues article to rule them out.
Once you have gone through all of these, and if the problem still persists, then let us know and we can investigate further.
