X-container.offset

Hello,
I would like to apply this code in the CSS PRO Child of the site everywhere. The code works if I apply it in the CSS of a page directly. Does not work if I apply it in Child’s CSS. Do I miss something in the code to be applied globally?

  margin-top: 0 !important;
}

Make sure to clear your caches before testing.
