HI there,

Did you rename the x folder that is in wp-content/themes?

If so, kindly rename is back to x and the issue should be sorted.

Hello There,

I have logged in and I see the cause of the issue. It appears that you have uploaded the incorrect x.zip file. It resulted to a wrong folder names and it does affect the Cornerstone validation. The only way to resolve this is to login to your ftp and browse to the themes folder wp-content/themes/ and make sure that that you have X theme installed in wp-content/themes/x/ and not having wp-content/themes/x/x/ because this is what is causing the issue.
