X Child Theme Doen't work

As i am using the x theme after installing the x-theme the activating the child theme the X menu from the admin disappear and child theme doesn’t inherit the parent theme css. So please help us to setup child theme for X theme

Hi There,

Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of theme and plugins?
Also please check if your X theme folder name has been changed to any other name and you are using the child theme from Themeco which is available in Apex dashboard.

If that doesn’t help fix the issue, please send us the website details to help you on this.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
