.x-bnb-bg-overlay doesnt work anymore

Hey there,

I just updated Plugins, WP and X-Theme.

After the Theme-Update .x-bnb-bg-overlay doesnt work anymore.

We had a rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5) Overlay for the Image at top of the page.

SUPERIOR - Business Class Hotel Ebersberg

I already tried to change css classes, add !important behind css or to get the same result with the advanced Layout Builder… But also in the advanced Layout Builder there is no function to set background image and color-overlay like I am used to it.

Not sure what to do now.

Hi Andy,

Although, you don’t need that custom CSS anymore. V2 section have those options already. To learn more about it, please subscribe to our youtube channel. Then look for Working with Background Layers series.

In case those options are missing, please go to X > Settings > User Preferences > Advance Mode : Set this to Always ON
