Www. or just the domain name

I have a few websites and all work if i search by www. or just the domain name.

But one website if i type in www.domainname.co.uk tells me server ip cant be found.

is this how i set up wordpress?
The server/host set up?

annoying and confusing so any help would be great.

Is that a representation or the actual site url? I have checked and it works. I am able to search it either domain only or complete with www. Can you confirm if this is now sorted out? If not, please check in with your hosting provider. They can fixed this up for you. Thanks.

Hi @scottkaizen,

www is often added as a CNAME, but it will work as A record also.

It would be better if you ask your hosting support regarding this, as they have a better understanding regarding this matter and its outside of the scope of our support.
