WTF? I paid for 2 licenses and get zero support?

No way to contact a support via email ? My site is down and I have to wait someone in the forum to be kind enough to answer my question ? Is that how you treat someone who has TWO licenses of your product? Sorry to say , but that sucks bad, I am considering to cancel my latest purchase!
