Wrong price displayed on woocommerce product

Hi there,

I am having issues with woocommerce that I cannot figure out, despite extensive troubleshooting.

I have tried disabling all plugins, and reactivating one by one, but as far as I can tell, there are no plugin conflict issues at all.

This issue has not always been present, but has only appeared in more recent times, possibly after updating my versions of WP, X.

The issue is that one of my products displays it’s old price - despite the fact that the product has been recently updated, with all new variations, variables, and a new (higher) price. The old price still displays.

everything else is fine with the product. All the new information was saved correctly, all the new variations, with new prices saved and display correctly. When a customer chooses particular variations, the ‘real’ price for that variation is displayed correctly, and adding to cart is no issue.

I will attach a screen shot of the issue, and add admin details in a secure note

Running:
WP 5.03
X Child Theme: 1.0.0
X 6.4.6
Woo Commerce: 3.5.3

Hi Muirti,

Thank you for writing in, base on your post it seems to be a caching related. Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).

Cheers!

That is most odd, you have the correct login url.
I do have Wordfence, but no geoblocking is activated.

I dont have any caching plugins.

Hi Muirti,

Still your admin URL showing permission issue.

Please check and let us know!

Thanks

HI Basanta, thank you for your reply.
It seems my host has some geoblocking in place for outside my country.
If you can confirm in a secure note what country you are trying to login from, or your IP, then I can add to whitelist via .htacess.

Thanks

Hi there,

The staff are based in different countries and it might be a different staff that will handle the thread the next time so we cannot really provide a specific IP. Is there a chance that you can temporarily disable the IP blocking while we are checking the issue?

Thank you.

HI Jade,
thanks for your reply. Yes I guessed the support is all over the globe.
I have been onto my hosts, and unfortunately no it is not possible to switch it all off at the same time.

My only solutiuon is to ask you (in secure note) a list of the most likely countries that support will come from, and then for me to whitelist these countries, and then one of you on that list can hopefully have a look at my site.

Please supply in secure note a list of 10 most likely countries that themeco support can come from, and I will whitelist them.
Many thanks

Hi @muirti,

It’s best to disable the geo-blocking so we could fully check it. And if the purpose of the geo-blocking is for security purposes against some users from other countries, then it has no use since if anyone could use proxy or VPN to mask their location if they plan for attacking

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

OK that has been done now.
Please confirm if you can log in, and now look at my first query at start of thread.
Many thanks !

Hello @muirti,

I was able to logged in. I could not figure out where the 395 were set. Please check out the default product price and the individual prices. You might need to use the “Increase regular prices” option in the variations.

Hope this helps.
