Wrong file path E&P form builder

Hi there,

Uploading image in the form is working… only the filepath is not working correctly:

Image link in mail: https://www.toornstrastucadoors.nl/wp-content/uploads/CostEstimationPayment//Mooi_In_Maatwerk_-_Maatwerk_Tafel.jpg

The link is missing the map where the image is uploaded, in this case it should be: https://www.toornstrastucadoors.nl/wp-content/uploads/CostEstimationPayment/5a71cf9cefb9a/Mooi_In_Maatwerk_-_Maatwerk_Tafel.jpg

As you can see, the path to the image is not correctly, in this case, the 5a71cf9cefb9a is missing in the link in the admin mail.

Thanks for writing in! This could be a bug in the latest release. We will be submitting this to our issue tracker so that the creators of this plugin will be made aware of it. They can investigate this further and find a fixed to the issue.
