Hi, my client recently installed WPRocket to their site and I’m not sure if it’s a compatibility issue, but Pro seems to be slower after WPRocket was activated, is there any setting I need to disable/whitelist on WPRocket?

Optimization plugins like WP Rocket often combine scripts and reorder them and the common cause of issues as some scripts should not be combined, minified nor re-ordered. That is the case with our products, you need to exclude everything from Pro from any kind of optimization. Don’t worry, our themes are optimized out of the box so they don’t need third-party optimization.
Regretfully, we can’t provide any support regarding performance optimization because it is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your issue or you can avail of Boost which can help you with performance issues.
