Hi, I’m trying to translate the header and the footer but in the “builder” doesn’t appear the flags on the footer-right to select the language, and edit . Can you help me? Thanks

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!

From WPML Settings you need to enable Pro Headers and Footers as a translatable post type first. When that is turned on you will see the language switched in the builders.
