WPML + PRO not working correctly

Hello guys. i have been trying to find the reason why i always get an error when trying to jump from one language to another in PRO from within the editor (by using the flags on the lower right corner).

I think the problem is the url it tries to access seems to be the same no matter the language and it triggers an error.

This is a screenshot of what i see: http://prntscr.com/miqes4
The preview URL changes the language (/en , /es and /it ) yet, after that, it always show the name of the page (inicio) and the rest from there always in spanish (which is the default Language).

Could you help me find out what the issue is?

This doesn’t happen if i access the language page directly (so from the page itself > Pro Editor, already in the desired language i want to edit). but this is a hassle when i have to create new pages because i always have to create the template and import it myself instead of it doing it manually as it used to be before (which was actually pretty comfortable).

Hi Alejandro,

I got the net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200 when loading the other language pages, it’s most related to server-side errors.

I recommend you to take a look at this article to fix this issue:

Please also try the troubleshooting steps as well:

  1. If you’re using a CDN(ex: CloudFlare), please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. For the CloudFlare you also need to follow the steps below besides the developer mode: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/1
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Remove custom Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  4. Switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.
  5. Turn off all the server/plugin caches.
  6. Make sure that you’re running at least PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any WordPress related incompatibility issues. If you’re not sure what your server configurations and settings are, install a plugin like WP-Serverinfo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and check your server info by head over to Dashboard -> WP Serverinfo area.

Let us know how it goes!
