WPML prevents page builder PRO from loading

Hi there,

trying to do a translation (german to english) of a page I get this error:

The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.

Preview URL: http://example.de/?page_id=370&lang=en

I tried downgrading the 3 WPML components like adviced here:

Cannot switch to other languages to edit

Page Builder is still not loading…

Any ideas?

Thanks for the very detailed post information. I have logged in and investigated the issue. There are JS error on the page which may have caused the issue. I have changed your language format url for the WPML (WPML > Languages > Language URL format) and you can now edit your WPML translation pages.

PRO page builder is still not loading for translation pages.

This format, and yes, it’s actually saved.

May I know which page isn’t working? I tried the translation page and it loads in the builder. Perhaps the issue is caused by the content and not WPML itself.

What do you mean by set up by WPML first? Would you mind providing a demo through video recording? I’m more curious about the issue now and I will be more happy to investigate this issue
