WPML does not translate accordeon or modal content

Hi

I’m translating a web page to 3 languages with WPML. It did work with most of the content (sadly components are not supported, I wish you guys would give a solution on how to work with translating components easily), but it won’t translate content in my accordion and modal elements. The headlines are translated just fine, but the content does not appear in wpml. I tried scanning the site for strings but to no success. In another thread there was said that the classic elements are optimized for WPML. How do I make these elements translatable?

Hello,

I believe WPML is only setup for the “Accordion Item (HTML Content)”. I believe I brought this up to WPML when we first launched the “Elements” accordion content. It’s something they have to handle based on the conversation we had. Try seeing how far the other accordion item type gets you. I’ll reach out again sometime next week.

Pro 6.5 we’re going to look at a possible solution for translating components.
