The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

WordPress and Site Address are the same. Latest version of theme and WPML plugin.

I checked your given site URL it seems that the page builder perview is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 120.0.6099.199. If the issue persists please let us know the browser and its version.

It seems that you have not set the Header as translatable from the WPML, I went ahead to the WPML—>Settings and set the Header as translatable.
Please check your site header now.

I would suggest you go to the Header —>click on the preview button select the Front page and save it, if it doesn’t work for you please ensure that you have not installed any browser extension that is stopping any JS file from loading. If none of these works I would suggest you please check other system browsers or you may contact a local developer who can assist you.
