WPML and Header in Pro

Hi there,

I have a problem with my header on my website. I am using WPML to translate my website but when I click on “french” the navigation collapsed on the right disappears ! The weird thing is that is use to work, I created my menu in Pro, did the translation and everything was fine. I have tried to deactivate plugins to see if something happen but nothing changes.

I am not good with code and I have no idea what could cause the problem behind the scene.

My website is already live so I would really appreciate your help !

Hi,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi there,

Thank you for the information. I went to your website and added a test page called English Page. Then added a tFrench translation sample.

Then accessed the Header builder and duplicated the main header and assigned it to the Test page.

It is working ok. I added a Headline one for English and one for French with no problem.

Can you recreate the bug you are facing in this new header? If yes kindly give us the steps to follow up.

Well I did a small change to the header you created, made it global and it works !
Not sure why but hey… it works !
