WPML and Cornerstone (Preview Could not Load - after downgrading WPML)

Hi there,

Based on other forum threads, I have downgraded my WPML to the following:
WPML Multilingual CMS - 4.0.6
WPML String Translation - 2.8.6
WPML Translation Management - 2.6.7

I’ve deactivated all my plugins except Cornerstone and the WPML ones. Cleared my cache.

I’m still getting the Preview Could Not Load error. I’m trying to build my translated pages and this is driving me crazy. Please help!

It’s due to the settings, the version is downgraded but still not properly configured. Please check this

WPML Issue

I went ahead and configured it and it should be working now. Though the issue may appear if you deleted the translation but the cache is still present. And since you’re still developing it, I recommend disabling your site’s cache. Cache is always the opposite of change, and it’s only recommended after you’re finished adding changes to your site/

Thank you! It seems to be working fine now.

Thanks for the tip re: caching. I’ve gone into the Wordpress settings and set the caching level to 0. Is that what you mean? Or is there some other thing I need to do to disable caching?

Hi @coracle,

Rad means all type of caching available on your site. This might include plugins if you added one or server caching if it’s ON on your server. If you didn’t enable it no need to worry.
