WPML and Cornerstone on separate domains

I have a site with multiple languages, WPML. How can I edit the other languages in Cornerstone?
Even if I log in on the other language-domains, and the backend url is then on the country specific domain, the Cornerstone editor for the page reverts to the main language domain, and Cornerstone gives the “The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs. This could happen if you are using multiple environments and the site URL was not updated after migrating.”-error. How can I edit a Cornerstone page on another language with different language domains? I have not found a language for this in the recent topics about this.

Best Regards.

Secure note added.

WPML on subdomains has not been supported since Pro 4 unfortunately. It’s a technical hurdle and we’d need to have strong WPML support in our user base to start to take it on, which did not do good on our last poll. Hope this info helps, have a great day.
