Despite updating my wordpress user email , I am not receiving any email notifications to my updated email. Instead the notifications are still going to be old user email.
Please help

WPForms is not a part of Themeco product offering. It’s a third party plugin and supporting the same falls outside the scope of forum support.
However, as your mentioning that after updating the address you are not receiving the emails on updated address instead it’s going to old email, looks to be a mail configuration issue. Please take a look at following articles for some pointers:
