WPForms Embed Error

I previously embedded a contact from on my website using WPForms and it works perfectly.

Now when I try to embed a new WPForm, all the fields are inline and centered. I am not able to achieve that same layout as it is on my contact page.

This is the script: [wpforms id=“2526”]

Please advise.

Hi There,

Please provide us with your website URL so we can take a closer look.

Thanks

I am also having this issue. My address is at http://66.147.244.211/~skyhigi2/
Would you please describe how to overcome this error? Thanks

Hi There,

Can you give us a screenshot of how should it be?

Try to check the column where the form is added. Make sure that under Formatting > Text alin: Left is selected

Then also make sure that on ROW where that form is, Inner Container is set to ON

You will then get something like this:

That is how your form is by default. No intervention from the theme anymore.

Hope this helps.

Hi Lely, thanks for your response.

Your last picture is exactly how I’d like for it to be.
I followed your instructions, but it still currently looks like this:

I checked the public version of this form, and it looks like it does look the way that you’ve shown.

It just looks different when I’m editing in Cornerstone. That works for me. Thank you!

Hi,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

All the best!

Hi @Command23,

Could you try disabling your site’s PageSpeed feature first? I think it’s your host’s feature. The builder or any tool that you use building and creating content should be excluded from caching, the same recommendation for CloudFlare’s WP Rocket, it needs page rules to exclude cornerstones builder. I’m not sure about PageSpeed, let’s disable it first for testing.

Thanks!
