I’m using the Contact Form plugin by WPForms (WPForms Lite).
I have had the exact same issue. I tried Visual form builder plugin short-code and didn’t have the plugin installed anymore and still the same issues. So not sure if it is the shortcodes or the forms that create the problems. I have woocommerce shortcodes not throwing the same problem.
