WPBakery Update package not available

Dear Themeco Support Team

We can not update the WPBakery Update package on https://www.morga.ch/ and are getting this error message:

“An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: Update package not available.”

It worked on our staging site when we testet all plugins. Would you mind taking a look at it? I will provide a screenshot and login data below.

Hi Lypa,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently the latest supported version of WPBakery Page Builder is 6.0.5 (see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) I checked both your staging and live site and both have the latest supported version installed.

Please note that X will not always include the latest version of Visual Composer for the reasons listed in the “Bundled Version” section here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-visual-composer/76, which includes stability, bundled fixes, and the fact that not all updates are necessary.

Thank you for helping. So do I understand correctly, that we have the latest version of WP Bakery Builder installed that’s available with X and therefore do not need to update it until there’s a newer version available with X?

Hey lypa,

Yes. You have the latest supported version so you can ignore the update notice until we update our Version Compatibility list.
