WPBakery problem

This is happening on 2 sites that I use Themco X with WPBalery plugin. The customers were used to that plugin or I would have used cornerstone.

In the “Text Block Settings” this is showing up in the visual area as copy instead of the images.

WPBakery’s response is: The issue is arising from the [image] shortcode which is added by the theme and fails to render at your end. Our standard image element renders using [vc_single_img] shortcode. You can get in touch with the theme author so that he can guide you with the custom image element added by him to render it at your end.

Thanks for writing in!

Did this issue happened after you have updated the plugin? Please go to WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings and make sure that the “Legacy X Integration” is enabled.

That cured it on Le-ax.com but not beachwood.org

I recommend that you apply the fix also described there. I’ve also made a sample or demo on how to fix in your site. It’s the same method but I thought of just showing you to help you get started.
