WPBakery Page Builder - No responsive mobile controls on row settings and other issues

Hi there,

I was following this video tutorial but my back-end page builder on precisemgmt.net doesn’t have the mobile control for row settings available.

There are also a number of issues:

1. after deactivating and reactivating Cornerstone, the page I built using WP Bakery broke.
2. When I choose elements, there is no “Row” only “Content Band”
3. If I go to the front-end builder, everything looks broken

Please help me find out what’s wrong with my WP Bakery Page Builder activated on PreciseMGMT.net.

Hi William,

Thank you for writing in, first, please update your X to version 7.2 since you already updated the Cornerstone to latest version (4.2)

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Regarding your issue, please keep the Cornerstone active even if you don’t use it as your Content Builder. Please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings and do not enable the Legacy X Integration.

Regarding the WP Bakery front-end builder, please note that the theme does not fully support the WP Bakery front-end editor, but it should work as a standalone plugin if you turn off the Legacy X Integration.
