WPBakery Page Builder failing to update

Hello,

I am unable to update the WPBakery Page Builder that was bundled with our theme x license.
X child-theme is up to date-- but when attempting to update the page builder I am prompted with this error

Hey @shiftusa,

It’s important that X/Pro and Cornerstone is up to date first so please ensure they’re updated. If you still can’t update WPBakery Page Builder after that, please uninstall it and install again via X/Pro > Validation.
