WPBakery Page Builder 6.3.0 - cannot update any pages

Hi,

Is it possible to download a version on the WPBakery Page Builder plugin that is compatible with my slightly ageing installation:

WordPress 4.9.15 running X theme.
X Theme Version 4.6.4
Running PHP version: 7.2.33

Since updating to version 6.3.0 I cannot edit any pages on my website.

I know I am many versions behind.

All help appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you have a backup of your website before updating your WPBakery Page Builder plugin then you can get and download the plugin from the backup but if you don’t have any backup, Regretfully there’s no option for us to revert the WP Bakery Page Builder Plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Am I able to buy / download an older version of this plugin from wpbakery.com or was this plugin X theme specific? So could I buy from someone else a 6.2 version and install this - will it have the x theme integration tab?

Hi Steve,

Yes, you can buy the older version of the WP Bakery Page Builder and they have the same functionality. Please also note before doing anything, take a backup of your website so that you have a point where you can revert if something wrong happen in your website.
