WPBakery Elements Missing

Hi ThemeCo,

I would like to use the full integration of WPBakery (formerly Visual Composer) for my project instead of Cornerstone. However, I find that there are particular elements missing (for example Text Block).

I have tried using both the bundled version of Visual Composer (with X Integration toggled off) and also a standalone version of Visual Composer.

Can you help me implement this functionality?

Hi Again,

Using the Page Builder> Role Manager > Elements > Custom setting does not work for me. In fact, I don’t see Text Block listed in that section as an available element.

I am also using the Backend Editor (and have disabled the front end editor).

In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi Theme Co,

I ended up resorting the site from a backup and staring my migration from the previous theme to X again to isolate which step in the process was the root cause. This time there was no issue and I have the full set of elements.

I’m not sure of the cause of my original issue, but happy to be able to move forward.
