I would suggest you deactivate and delete the " WPBakery Page Builder" plugin and go to the X/Pro-> Extensions-> WP Bakery Page Builder->Install the plugin. Please note that you must back up the database before deleting the plugin. If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
