We recently updated our visual composer page builder in wordpress, and since then we have been having issues when using Hubspot forms. When we create and format a page, everything looks fine. Paragraphs are separated where they are supposed to, etc. Then when we add a Hubspot form, our formatting disappears and we can no longer create paragraphs or breaks in our code. When we add them again, they disappear. Have you had any reports on this issue? I have already contacted hubspot about the issue.

There are no other reports with the same issue. And regretfully, we could not provide support with third party plugin conflicts. Please try the following steps maybe it will fix the issue:
- Clear all caches including your browser cache
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Remove customizations including custom CSS, JS and PHP files.
If nothing helps, regretfully, you will need to seek help from a third party developer.

We aren’t using a plugin, it is only an embed code. I cleared cache and cookies and it didn’t make a difference. We have tried it with and without our customizations and it doesn’t make a difference.
One thing I noticed is even when I hard code in paragraphs (with or without the embedded code), after saving, when I reenter the element my code is deleted and paragraph tags are no longer showing. Any insights on this?

In that case, please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note. I can’t provide a workaround since it’s not our plugin, but I could add this to our issue tracker.
