What is the correct way to allow .jp2 & .webp, as when a try a browser uploader or multi-file uploader on safari or chrome with or without incognito I get an error.

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that WordPress only allows *.jpg, *.png and *.gif by default. You will have to modify and override the WordPress settings to be able to *.webp file format.

This issue is not theme related and it is beyond the scope of our support. It has something to do with the WordPress. You may need to consult a WordPress expert or seek further assistance from 3rd party developers to resolve this issue.
