Hello Support,

I’m getting Server Response code 404 Not found for:

/wp-includes/js/mediaelement/mediaelement-flash-video.swf

Is this part of the Themes Demo Media Assets, on the original installation?

Please confirm to safely redirect as 410 Permanently Removed, and market as fix.

Additionally, is there a list of the Demo Media Assets I can consult, so that way I don’t have to open a Support Topic next time.

Hi there,

All the media that is used by the theme are inside the theme folder which is in wp-content/themes/x and not added to the other directories.

The file you have indicated could be part of the older version of Wordpress or by another plugin.

Can you please re-confirm this is not part of any previous version of the theme, as I have been using this for 4 years, and I originally had X and then we upgraded to PRO.

And, a few years ago, I manually deleted the demo media.

It’s not a part of Pro or X Theme. All the files are stored under /wp-content/themes/x/. Might be because of a 3rd party plugin.
