WP Estimation & Payment Forms - how do they pay?

Hi, I feel like I must just really be missing something. I have a fairly straightforward form where the customer selects one option and then should be directed to pay. I have set the ‘Use Paypal Payment’ to yes in the payment section of the form settings, but the user is never directed to paypal to pay.
So this is what happens: First step: choose an option > Second step: summary and order. But the user clicks the order button and nothing happens except a message that says “you will hear from us soon” (I know I can change this message).
How do I direct the user to pay? What am I missing?

Thanks for writing in! You will have to use WooCommerce so that this plugin will handle the payments. Please check out this documentation:
