Will we still get ACF Pro with Pro theme? Will there be any changes? Getting ACF Pro with Pro theme was one of the plus points that made me buy Pro lifetime.

Yes, ACF Pro is a bundled plugin of the Pro theme since it is bundled plugin of the Pro theme you would get this plugin for free with the Pro theme. Please have a look at our third-party extension list.
