WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms VAT question

Hi there, support of plugin said you are responsible of handling questions since the plugin is included. So here it is:

One question remains: The VAT is not added to the amount in the end but all the amounts have them already included.

Meaning, I only need to show how much of my total is VAT.

Example: Calculation total is

100 Euros and 20 Euros are part of the VAT.

So the total sum does not change, but I need to show it to the user.

Total: 100
VAT is 20

How could I do this?

Hey Andreas,

You need to configure the form to show the Summary then show the items description.

Here’s the result:

Hope that helps.

Hi

Sadly no that doesn’t help. I know how to display VAT in the summary, but the problem is that the VAT in your example is not included and then 20% are added to the final price.

But here in Europe prices include VAT always. It shall only be displayed how much of the final price is VAT

Do you understand what I mean?
Thanks
Andreas

Hey Andreas,

I’m sorry but I’m not entirely sure what you mean now. Would you mind providing the following information in a Secure Note.

  • URL where your form is.
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • What you’re expecting based on the issue in your screenshot
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.
