WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder with WooCommerce = Error

Hi there,
since you include this plugin within your theme i will report this to you:

when enabling the plugin, i cant edit or view any woocommerce product. there are a lot of errors:

**Fatal error** : Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_gallery_image_ids() on bool in /var/www/xxx/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/class-wc-meta-box-product-images.php:37 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/xxx/wp-admin/includes/template.php(1395): WC_Meta_Box_Product_Images::output(Object(WP_Post), Array) #1 /var/www/xxx/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php(681): do_meta_boxes(Object(WP_Screen), 'side', Object(WP_Post)) #2 /var/www/xxx/wp-admin/post.php(206): require('/var/www/web228...') #3 {main} thrown in **/var/www/xxx/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/class-wc-meta-box-product-images.php** on line **37**

when disabling the plugin all works normal.

i tried all standard things => delete/reinstall/…

any chance you can help? i have to bring the website live… if not i have to buy another plugin.

It also says on each site:
The license of WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder is not activated. [Click here to activate it].

Is it possible that this message triggers the error?

thanks in advance

Hello @deranaloge,

Thanks for writing to us.

WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder plugin is our bundled plugin so you don’t need to activate the license. The error is coming from the Woocommerce plugin. It might be due to plugin conflict or version compatibility issues. Please make sure your theme, plugin, WordPress core is updated as per of version compatibility page. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  7. Disabling Cache
  8. Disabling Cdn
  9. Permalinks
  10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks
