WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder Mobile Image Upload Issues

Hello,

I have a form with image upload and I cannot add images form my iPhone 14. I have added allowed file types of .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .heic and .heif - but no luck. I cannot even add a PNG from my phone, what am I missing?? This is a major deal, we’re trying to launch a very time sensitive project for my daughter’s drama department.

Hello Julie,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that your server allows the image format that you are trying to upload. You may need a 3rd party plugin to check that. Normally, a .png file should be allowed by WordPress as one of the default image formats. You can check by using your computer and upload a .png image. It would also help if we can log in to your site so we can check it as well. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
