Anyone faced an issue with activating this plugin, I insert the purchase code and it doesn’t work or change anything it stays on the same page.

Thanks for reaching out.
This is an ongoing issue that has been fixed in an upcoming release. I have checked your website and found that you have updated the Cornerstone while still using the older version of X i.e. 10.1.3. I would suggest you update the X by following the below steps and check if that resolves your problem or not.

1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be on the latest version
