WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder Check Box not displaying in email

Hi there,

I am using check boxes for my contact form for various services on this website.

I have re-checked to ensure that “Show in email/summary” is selected to “Yes”. Yet the Check Box buttons do not show in the email summary.

Any idea why?

It seems displaying on my test, since the checkbox has value. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials so we could check? It might be summary and last step related configuration.

I have added the credentials to the secure note.

I looked at the last step related configuration, it looks fine to me.

The “Rich Text” box as well as all of the “Checkbox” are not displaying in the email summary.

I seemed to have figured it out.

I do have another question though, is there a way to remove the “table lines” of the Description / Information in the email summary?

Hi @Aleksej_Original,

Glad it’s working now, about the tables, there is no available options to alter it, I checked the plugin and there is no email templates that can be overridden. It could be possible by modifying the plugin itself, but we don’t recommend it.
